Questions about paid hosting

I am thinking about setting up a new web site for one of my clients, here are the questions:

1) if we purchase a domain name from X10, do we get it the same day, will we be able to work on our site right away?

2) does X10 offer SSL certs? again, do we get it the same day?

3) is phone support offered with paid hosting?

That's all that I can think of right now.....

1) Yes, it can be used almost instantly.

2) No, but you can get them from other companies pretty cheap.

3) Yes, you can request a callback for paid hosting support.
