As a meter of fact almost all threads you started are about your site and getting people to review it. I don't think that's OK cos there are other people waiting for reviews and other help regarding their sites, your are not the only one here so please top asking for help everywhere. There are forums for that purpose here.

the members i have are not the members that i won't. they are people who join the site once and leaves that's all, i want regular visitors.

Well I'm sorry to disappoint you but you cant just buy regular visitors for credits. You'll have to work harder to attract people to come back. There's one simple question you should ask yourself: Why do your visitors bounce of your site? Answer that and you'll see whats making them leave and newer come again.
