database error

hi I get this error

phpMyAdmin - Error

#2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111


and the database doesnt work now for my sites


what is wrong and how do i fix it ?

MySQL servers are down and administrators are working to resolve this issue.
It should be resolved shortly.
