Is this is the forum account linked to your hosting account then you should login to forums atleast every 31 days. And make sure stay for 5 to 15 min. to system recognize your activity.

Login into forums only counted as activity. not into account panel or not into cpanel.

Edit your signature, which is accessible through your User Control Panel.
