Is there anyway of there being logged ips in the server folders somewhere? Iv been told my site was hacked as a warning. Nothing has been done to it yet.

If nothing has happened to your site and the message you got was not though your site having a hacked web page or sufin then I don't think anything is going to happen.

Since your site is still fully working go on to your Cpanel

    Log on to Cpannel
Scroll to Logs (its on the main page its a header 4 down from the top if you have not changed things arround)
    Select Raw Access Logs
    Download and look though

Have fun O and change your passwords and stuff

Unless you're hosting your website on your local PC, what you are using is completely irrelevant. The OS running on the web hosting server is a variant of linux, not Windows.
Just change your passwords, make sure everything you have uploaded is updated (if you use wordpress, joomla, etc), and ignore whoever told you your site was hacked but nothing changed "as a warning".

How do you know it's not some loser trying to worry you?
The physics is theoretical but the fun is real.
