Okay, so I am in the Robotics team at my high school, and one of the divisions is called FRC (first robotics competition).

We have 2 weeks to build a robot after they release the game details, we have to manufacture and build the robot by ourselves with machines etc etc.

They havent released any details yet, but they gave us a hint, which is a CAD (computer aided designing) picture.

Please tell me what it looks like, and if you know what it looks like, explain what that object is.

This object is somehow related to our game objective if we figure it out right. Thank you!

To me, first impression was some form of turret or exhaust system. Looks a bit like a part of a sled now.

if you just asked me what it looks like, I would say a new-type of gun mounted holographic sight.

but since you said it was for a game, I think its some sort of 'elevator.
