Well..

I went to sleep on 3 AM some time 4 AM.

because i use my computer at night. lol

I have found after studying my own sleeping habits for a while (when I get a chance, that is) that I'm fairly naturally nocturnal. So yeah, after 3pm typically. I sleep best from about sun-up to mid-afternoon, if I can help it. Alas life ain't that easy eh? Gotta attend class when it's available right? It's a 9-5 life, so typically I walk about a little bit sleepy. I can tend to be clumsy and absent-minded.

Between 12am-3am, waking up at 4:50am for school. I rarely acquire the sleep I should get... I guess that's just part of life.

i go to bed between 11:00 and 01:00 most of the time and thats when i'm working, at weekends after 12:00 always and in vacations no time to go to bed unless wife say... COME TO SLEEP YOUR BASTARD.. lol.. just joking i love night

It's 4 AM right know and I'm still awake

Generally I go to sleep around 6 AM and wake up at 4 PM (like a vampire ROFL!). Sometimes I don't see daylight for weeks LOL!

The reason for that is that I mostly work at home so I don't have to get up early Clients from another timezone probably have to do something with it too.

10 PM to midnight, sometimes later because I want to stuff as much activity into a day w/o dozing off.

During the weekdays if I don't have to go anywhere, I'm up for the entire night or I'll be heading to bed around 2AM to 4AM. That's the same with the weekends too. If I need to go someplace in the morning, I'm typically in bed by Midnight.

dunno i dont use a set time just when all the works done and i feel tired most of the times its about 2 and then back to the grindstone at 6 lol

I go to bed after 12 A.M (When I'm with book) and when I'm with my laptop then after 3 A.M.

It is harmful for your health. You must have at least 6 hours of sleep. Less sleep can cause a problem of depression.
