this is very useful for webmasters (who chil here)
i found out about this site from my friend who run his own hosting company
http://freedns.afraid.org/ <---that site gives away free dns domains
they work like a real domain (.com/.org/.net/etc.)
i have tested it on x10hosting and it works like a charm

they even offer a .edu.ms domain

its not that hard to use. just give them the required info
remember that you need to register before you receive any domains.
