Unable to download video's from YouTube

I'm unable to download any video's from YouTube. I can play it but can't download. I've got one article somehow related to my problem. I'm posting it's link below

Link Given by Zubair: http://www.savevid.com/ is displaying "video disabled for this domain". This site was using YouTube video's.

I've not got help from anybody except Zubair on IRC. Please try to download any video(don't download if fully) from YouTube and tell me whether you are able to download it or not. Especially if you are from India then please please... tell me.

Edit: I don't know anything about YouTube rules. There is an option in DAP (Download Accelerator Plus) so I'm trying for it.

downloading videos from youtube is against their TOS.

You shall not copy or download any User Submission unless you see a “download” or similar link displayed by YouTube on the YouTube Website for that User Submission.
