    What is the best CMS?

    I Prefer Joomla!. What do you think? I can't seem to get drupal, do you have to pay for it?

    Well WordPress is a blog, but with its pages and templates features, it can technically be used as a CMS (http://www.devlounge.net/publishing/...press-as-a-cms)

    Nope, Drupal is free software . http://drupal.org.
    What i meant was wordpress.org, not wordpress as the blog website.

    I prefer using Wordpress as a CMS, but if the client wants a forum in their CMS then I will usually just build something for phpBB, it's easiest.
