Here's a nice little cheat sheet to tell you how much downtime - a year, a site can have and maintain a 90% or better uptime.
90% - 876 hours (36.5 days)
95% - 438 hours (18.25 days)
99% - 87.6 hours (3.65 days)
99.9% - 8.76 hours
99.99% -52.56 minutes
99.999% - 5.256 minutes
99.9999% - 31.536 seconds
If there is a 90% uptime, the site has been down for 876 hours over the year.
I could not find an uptime graph for x10hosting (even tried NetCraft), so I can't tell you excactly how long x10hosting has been up this year. But a rough estimate would be between 95% and 99.9% (there was a DNS problem earlier this year and knocked x10hosting offline for ~8 hours.)
