Not exactly incorrect, but just bad writing style: Nowhere in the document does it actually explicitly say what ToS stands for. Yes, it does say "This is the terms of service...." but the abbreviation ToS isn't anywhere near that sentence.
In the interests of grammatical correctness, I would write it like this:
"This is the terms of service (ToS) for x10 hosting......"
