Yes, after you reach 5 posts I believe.

You don't need 5 posts and the comment box is ok as long as it is not a shout-box, where the posts load independent of the page and can cause a high server load through the frequent polling.
If comment boxes weren't allowed, then nobody could run a blog on x10hosting, since blogs have comment areas.

tnx.. lemon.. yes cause I read the TOS and I'm not sure if shout box and a comment box are the same.. Thats why I stopped working on my page and ask here first.. Now I can continue on my w0rk.. Thanks again lem0n..

I should phrase that as "It's not allowed to use AJAX to load the comments", it is allowed to use AJAX to post comments.
