I think in a way it is but it is not...the TOS says if you HOST warez on your sitr not link to it...but I am not shure...

I always thought that even talking about illegal topics was not allowed, so linking to them would also be disalowed. Not sure :s

Directly taken out of the TOS:

»Warez : Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

So yeah, that's pretty much violating the rules.

Haha, can't wait to see all the people get confused and the admin asking why his site got removed..
