How good is this host for video hosting on wordpress?

So I'm looking to build a site that's pretty similar to VideoCopilot.net, I'm not going to host the video on here of course, but how good is this host for this function? Is it possible for me to host Small Project Files for After Effects as well? Will the video hosting from lets say "Vimeo" kill my bandwidth? Is there something else you recommend? I had ByetHost before but the upgrade for wordpress and uploading plugins doesn't work at all, otherwise they're good. Am I going to face the same problem?

If you're streaming video from other websites such as Vimeo, that will have no effect on the bandwidth usage of your site. Anything stored on your account (as in actual video files, the After Effects files, web pages) will affect bandwidth usage.

Just be aware, take it easy on doing upgrades or extracts on the hosting accounts. Doing it too rapidly or for too long of a duration will get the account suspended for high resource usage. That can be removed by you should it happen via the Account Panel, but I figured I'd give you a heads up.

And yes, you'd probably wonder why would I get free hosting if I don't need the money... It's a long story... I'm actually a web designer and I host people's websites on my server, but I can't use it. Irony... Sweet Irony.
