Is there anyone know the meaning of this knind of number? It's located at the page (note the address of the place located at the left column).

I think it is the ZIP code of that province. And how to use that code? Is it use for calling?
Why do they have while Beijing, the capital of China doesn't?

But when I type 20000 into Google map. Google map showed me many results for that confusing number, many places with the same ZIP code indeed.
It isn't like when I typed 20001, it showed me just Washington D.C instantly, only and correctly!
