Just because I have a weird fascination with viruses and all that, I looked it up. If you know it's caused by hpv I assume you know a little more about the condition? Your image is from wikipedia which is a dead giveaway. N

In summary, the warts may clear with no intervention apparently although like all warts they can be frozen off by your gp, but... you should probably go to the doctors as the hpv can (in a very small number of cases) lead to more serious illnesses. For example, cancer of the genitals...
