inactive account...any way to recover it?

I was in hospital after a bad accident and did not log on within the 31 days period.

An email was sent to me 3 weeks ago but I only saw it today.

The email said I am now inactive and there would be information in the Account Control Panel telling me how to return my account to good standing but I can't find it.

Is there any way to get my account back?

If not, can I re-use the same email addy and account name?

Try the client area. And the part of the forums for support instead of general off topic chat.
The physics is theoretical but the fun is real.
