Sounds like a nice idea.
Although, it really matters if you think it's a good idea. You won't stick with a site unless you're interested in it.

But in order for the idea to be implemented correctly,choose your technology of website making and just try it out ASAP
Seek help on X10 forums and say what..you would be done with a successful project.
