Yeah, seems like it would be a great ipod. However, there's nothing about it in Apple's homepage.

This was released about a month ago. It's a fake. Let me see if I can pull up the video on the making of the origanal image that had all the popular mac sites going crazy for a good few days...

It is, as shown in the video, it was formed (the large one) by putting two iPod's together. The small version was done by moving the screen from a normal iPod to cover the entire thing. Then it was just some simple transparency changes. Looks good though.

It is true that Apple is seeking to implement some kind of touch-screen system into something (I found Apple patenting such a system in the US patent directory), but those pictures do not look like they are real...
