If it didn't,then you are completely cut-off and you should try later.
(It usually happens when network optic fibers are damaged.)

Okay, then!
You have a resolving issue.
First, Try flushing dns records and clearing browser cache.
Then,set your primary dns server to 8.8.8.8

Are you in some NIT or iit? Then it would be difficult.

Else, go to
Network Connections >> Network Adapter (LAN,etc)>> right click to open network properties>>
internet protocal (ipv4) >> again click properties

Use the following ip address:
Dont change this (if you are using ppp/ppoe or in college campus)

Use the followinf dns server:
primary 8.8.8.8

For flushing, open command prompt and type

ipconfig /flushdns

For setting primary dns :
