uploading frontpage

can't get frontpage uploaded because it says the remote location isn't correct. How do I get the right location to upload to? I realize it's old, but its actually the only one I know. I was thinking X10 has some preset templates I can use instead. Am I wrong?

FrontPage extensions do not work with the current server configurations.

OK, sorry to be so much trouble, but... I doubt it has advanced frontpage code because I didn't specify it and it's only one page of type with a few headers (with patterned lettering). Assuming I'm right (I hope), how do I configure it FTP. I clicked FTP on the remote web site properties. It asks for remote site location and ftp directory, and I'm not sure what goes where. Also what's wiki?
