yeah if you check on the current offers, tons of people are offering him things for that apartment with one year rent and arizona diamondback baseball tickets

so far, someone is offering a summer in hollywood (house and convertible porsche included), a japanese stripper is willing to give him 24 hours of lap dancing :bowrofl:, and a guy is willing to give him his 1991 chevy blazer low rider
