you can get your account unsuspended XD, just go into your account panel, there should be an unsuspend button. If not, open a ticket.

In your account panel, click the "Hosting" tab, then, go to "Suspensions".

There, you will see why you're suspended. If it's for inactivity, then you can un-suspend yourself. If it's for anything else, you should open a support ticket.

The only exception is for a Zero Tolerance Suspension, this means you've breached X10's TOS and you will not get your suspension lifted.
