I've been looking at the User Ranks, they're ok. But I have a couple of questions; -
  1. Which User Rank (If any) Can you start posting in the "Free Hosting" support forum?
  2. Are there any publicly available User Ranks (Community Paragon, Team Leader Etc...) that have the power to suspend/re-activate hosting accounts? If so, which user ranks can?
