Recording my screen

I want to record my screen whats on it and the audio, Is there a wya I cna do this or a program?

Google "HyperCam".. it is a decent free program to record either the entire window or just a selected region, and I believe it does audio as well. It may or may not watermark your videos, I can't remember.

Google Camtasia it costs money but its really good if your interested.

or if u have a good enough video card hook a video cam up to it...thats wat my teacher did for WoW
