Could not run Magento in x10hosting panel

Dear friends,

I have uploaded the new version of Magento on to my x10 hosting account, after updating my account details , i could not see the Website, it is showing Internal Server Error, where i am going wrong.

Folder Permission for public_html - 750, for sub folders -775 and for files - 664.

Kindly help to solve the issue as soon as possible.

files should be 644, folders 755 (public_html at 750).

Actually your first post didn't mention them right, and I see that they still are set to the wrong one.
For folders you said you had it set as 775, correct is 755
For files you said you had it set as 664, correct is 644

Notice the middle number.
