I Was Wondering if There Was Any External Software That I Can Use On My Website Like Livezilla or any other software that isnt in the cpanel that i could use on my site

There can be a few things that you're able to use, but to be sure you should always put in a ticket BEFORE installing it as there are limitations.

Here's a good rule of thumb for you:

If it's illegal, don't use it.
If you didn't obtain it legally, don't use it.
If it's a gaming server, free hosting won't allow it.
If it's for file/image hosting, free hosting won't allow it.
It it's something that uses up a high amount of resources, it may not be suitable for free hosting, as it may give your account an automatic high resource suspension.
