Host website on ethical hacking

Hello everyone,

I want to create a website which provides information on ethical hacking and about books related to it. It will also explain everything one needs to know to successfully pass the CEH exam ( Certified Ethical Hacker ).

Can someone please tell me where I can host such a site? Both free and premium solutions are welcome. (X10hosting does not host such sites, neither does Hostgator).

Please note that I do not want to use the services of sites like Blogger.com or Wordpress.com (Reason: the content is owned by them).
