Yes, x10hosting does support vBulletin and Invision Power Board but ONLY if it was legally purchased and downloaded from http://www.vbulletin.com and http://www.invisionpower.com/ .
If you obtained it any other way (friend gave it, download from random site, or any other way without paying), it is not legal and your account will be permanently suspended immediately when you upload it.

It supports them in two ways.
x10hosting supports versions of MySQL, PHP etc to run them. So, if you install a legal licensed copy of the software, it will run.
x10hosting suspends anybody trying to use illegal copies of them on their servers. So, the creators and sellers of the software will not get ripped off.
Nothing is always absolutely so.

Hmmm... I didn't know one had to cheat to use x10 or its services. I always thought it was a high fidelity site ha ha lol! ;)
