cPanel login fails

I'm able to login to https://x10hosting.com/control/
But logging in to the cPanel fails...
It should be the samen user-id and password.

Does anybody know something?

I thought I had a problem with that. But I have the worlds worst habit of capitalizing my username~! When I made it I didn't. I can log into the https://x10hosting.com/control/ But if I use a capitol 'G' in my CPanel, it won't let me in. Try that ;)

I don't think usernames are case sensitive.
