do you actually plan on making money? every time some one send money in paypal youll just get $0 because of the percentage they take...

Yes, I think PayPal will take that 1 cent, but maybe not. Also, how is it the "Million Dollar" link page? 100 link slots x $0.01 = $1.00. One dollar.
Also, consider this: What would make people want to buy a link? You should supply some kind of incentive for people to spend a whole cent on a link (not much money, but people might not be willing to put in the time to actually go through with this process). Maybe once you can prove that a lot of people visit that website daily, THEN people might become more interested.
I'd buy a link if I had any PayPal money, but I don't as of the moment.

the cost of a link will increase as more people purchase links, of course.
and PayPal doesn't take the cent. I don't see how they do unless you have a business account...
