    no its saying he is greeting the chinese presidents wife, and then in the second pic the chinese pres is holding his wife allowing the us pres to go ahead.

    In the first picture, Bush is disregarding President Jintao for his wife. In the second photo, President Jintao is making fun of President Bush, mocking him and keeping him away from his wife. Bush is hanging his head in shame.
