How do i get a bank?

Hi, how do i get a bank? everytime i click enter the bank, it says you are not allowed to buy this item or sometihng like that.

That feature has been disabled. We're working on getting it back up and running soon, but for right now, no one can use it.

it has a glitch in it and only staff are testing it right now, but you can still use your points, just no interest

Magistrate is correct; there weren't any bug fixes available for the bank so it was shut down entirely
