cant access my domain pls help...

guys need your help im just new here. my account is still active but i cant access my website over the net? is there something that i can do to restore it and keep it workin? how can i fix it? whats the reason why does this happened? pls do help me thanks.

Are you sure it's the adress you had chose ?

can you access the control Panel?
did you upload any file to your domain?

thanks eudes.eds74 yes my domain is not in use and yes its the right address i can still open the cpanel im planing to delete all the file and upload all my html docs again. you think it will work? thanks again hope to hear from you again peace.....

hey dude thanks im not sure but thats the address im using. i used to open it on that address im a bit confuse. if i was suspended is there any way that i can be restored? thanks
