What type of tyccon game do you like?

Well I am making a game and I need to know what type of tycoon game you like - once you vote for a main one could you please post like what type of game that you like - for example The Sims... then give me some ideas for waht I could make - If your ideas are good I am will to give you 20points for every good one.

I think there should be a "School Tycoon" where you can be a teacher or a student, you can terrorize the teacher or strictate the students...that would be nice ;D

Umm school tycoon is a game where you manage an (US) school. GOOGLE

EDIT: If you wanna terrorize ohter students and teachers, look at R* games upcoming game "bully" GOOGLE

Oh damn, that's a tough one, I happen to like both micro and macromanagement sim games! Good luck with making your game and when you're done, please share, I'd love to play it!

my favorite type of tycoon games are the transport tycoon such as Railroad Tycoon etc though i do enjoy other tycoon type games
