What do you think about this? .Although they have 'pod' as a trademark (dunno why, no one i know EVER calls it a pod, always 'ipod') suing someone for having it in a compound word is just over the top!

and actually, someone ELSE owns the trademark for the oft used 'podcast.' Are apple gonna have a go at Podcast Limited as well?
