Converting to x10 Cash

So this month I have only converted2800 and that was yesterday? WHy can I only convert that much for the rest of the month? WHy is there a conversion amount limit? Maybe this should be changed?

no it shouldnt, theres a limit because you arn't supposed to be able to cash in that much a month because the x10cash rewards are real and everyone gets the same chance at them.

at least thats what i was told when i came back for a bit

Yes, i think there's a bug..
I've converted 2000 points a long time ago, and it still says that i can only convert 800 points more.. (It was okey for that month, but it had to be renewed this month...)
