I'm thinking it means that the computer programmer is always trying to "optimize" the code. You're not using that other half of the glass, so it must not be needed.

This has to be mine

if its for legal images, like desktop backrounds, or small files like under 1 MB or 2 I would say that is fine, but make it so users with over 50 posts can upload, as then n00bs acant go on, upload porn and leave.

I wrote it myself, and I like it, only a few mins ago.
