router problems

when i open the computer like the internet thing doesnt come on so i can to go through restarting the network connecting etc... for this newer computer and i dont get that part and i have 2 computers connected one is working perfectl sometimes but when i open the other it works for 5 minutes then both disconnects why is this i have a simeese speedbooster router
