I need a new distro, I can't seem to find my installation cd for my current one again. Anyone have any suggestions? I need it to be able to use graphical and command modes. I am trying to run a game server (steam dedicated) on it.

Fedora Core

I use this distro the most, and its the best.
Thanks,

People seem to like Gentoo quite a bit because it's highly customizable. There's also Debian and the many Debian-based distributions such as Ubuntu.
Check out http://distrowatch.com/ and see which you think is right for you. There is no "best" distribution, and although some people will say that a specific one is the best for everybody, it's a matter of personal preference. Try out as many as possible and don't let other people decide for you.

I'd go for the server verison of ubuntu if you want to run a server.
Its light, easy to used and based of debian which is very powerful.
