I need free hosting, minimal ads NO POPUPS OR BANNERS+windows servers

Well I am looking foir a freewebhost, and me being a newbie, I use a phpbb forum that to mod is easiest to do using windows serevsr otherwise it's beyond my knowledge and loses me.
Any free minimal ad cpanel+fantastico windows webhosting please tell me soon I am desperate, thanks.

phpBB is no easier to mod on windows than it is on linux. Because if you install phpBB on a windows server, the software will be exactly the same on a linux server.

Plux x10 has minimal ads and is free so I really don't know what you are looking for another host.

Also, posting about other free web hosts is prohibited on this forum.
