Web Cam Software??

I am looking for a free web cam software that allows me to show a live web cam feed on a website, or send photo captures to the website.

I have a Labtec web cam and the software that comes with it, doesn't give much options to do things with it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

The first one just is ( as it states on the website ) ... not really for webcams, but to broadcast when I am looking at on my computer ... not me, in general.
