How come everyone person outside of America thinks were stupid? There are many countries that don't have an education system such as ours. So, its not politically correct to call people in Africa stupid, but you can call Americans stupid?

The country you are born in is not the determining factor of how intelligent you are. There have been many really smart people born in the United States of America, and it is not the only country to have dumb people in it.
