What does ARV, $19.99 Mean i bought this ps2 game and it lets me have a free hat but i dont get that ARV, $19.99 means here is the site click on the bottom read full rules and you can find it...

I believe ARV means "Aprox. Retail or Resale Value"

Could also mean : Adjusted Present Value.

I would bet they're saying you can order a hat worth $19.99 or less off of that site provided you have the coupon or something.

Contact the seller and ask them how to go about getting the free hat though, they're probably in the best position to explain what it means.


Oh, and the two definitions I see for ARV most commonly are Actual Retail Value or Advertised Retail Value. Doesn't help much since I don't know how the sellers doing the free hat deal.
