I Need Forum Rules

Hey im starting a website soon and need a good and easy forum rules so i can post i have done google searches but most forum rules don't match the details i need

i really need a forum rule that is:

Helpful to the members who read it
Not too Aggressive, so it doesn't scar off the user
Something simple to understand for the common user.

can anyone help me with this?

Paraphrased from a forum I'm a mod on (without their permission, but since I helped create some of them and help enforce them, I doubt they'll care. They aren't copyrighted anyways.)

Treat other members with respect. The line between jest and seriousness is easy to see.
Keep posts in the relevant forums.
Moderators and administrators have been appointed and are expected to be treated with respect.
Any harassment of other users over PM will be dealt in an efficient and organized manner.
Any abuse of the PM system reported will result in a punishment. This includes your right to report them.

Theres a list of like 12 for the site, but a good chunk of them refer to the nature of the forum itself, so they aren't posted here.

In any case, those should be a great place to start - it basically says don't push too hard, and respect the people who make it all possible

1. Treat other members and staff members with respect.
2. Post in the Right Forum.
3. No spamming! In other words dont post any thing like "hi" in any forum!.
4. No flaming, no cussing and no swearing. Dont call ANYBODY Bi*** or Hoo*** and/or the like.
5. Dont say your gonna kill anybody and/or the like.
6. No bumping. Dont doublepost in your topic so that people always can see your topic.
7. Dont bug random peoples pm and say anything like: "Join my forum htpp..." or: "Post in this topic"!.
8. No Pornographic things. Any Sexaul image won't be tolerated.
9. Racism. No racist words or imagery are allowed at all.
10. No Warez or Illegal Software. This include linking to software, posting about it, and suggesting about it.
