What you need to get is the royale noir remixed theme (pack has a orangeless zune, and fixed royale noir). It does take a hack to be put in (non ms theme). If your not that adventureous you could just grab royale noir which looks better than zune inmho.

Royale Noir Remixed here, and if your want to do your login screen pm me because the link for the login screen needs a program which im sure has spyware in it.
