Release: Offers Script

After Derek asking same kind of script as i had here, i did some work on the script to make it... user friendly (and gave Derek the alpha version...). So today i finally got script done and here is the release.

Features:

• Admin panel
• Multi-offer support
• TXT-based db (Might wanna chmod database folder 777, through script does it by itself, if needed.)
• Naming scripts with "Codenames" to make it easier for you to find.
• Uses rewrite engine, all images are offer-<id>.gif, not image.php (better support for forums)
