All three look identical; flash memory based storage products are becoming really cheap. I suggest looking on eBay for MicroSD cards; you could probably get them cheaper than the ones on Amazon. The other day I saw a 512 MB Sony Memory Stick PRO go for $1, free shipping!

    Re: MicroSD Cards..

Don't take my word on this, but I coulda sworn the GP2X said somewhere that it takes all kinds of SD cards.

If that's really the case why would you buy a microsd which cost more, and just grab either a standard sd or a minisd? Micro's cost plenty, but my 1gb minisd with an sd adapter cost me about half of what my 512mb micro did (few months ago though, so prices have shifted a bit).

You might wanna do a bit of research and make sure it really does require microsd cards before spending extra cash to get one that's that tiny.

    Edit: http://wiki.gp2x.org/wiki/SD_card

They even show a picture of a standard SD card. I'm willing to bet vital parts of my anatomy that it doesn't require a micro sd, so you might want to look at other ones on newegg/amazon/ebay/whatever.

Go for the SanDisk, it has quick read/write times. Not the greatest for photography or intensive gaming, but decent for music playback.
