You have to make the pages then upload them; or install a script. The easiest way would be Fantastico in your cpanel.

Well....It looks like you are new to web designing. I had suggested in the forums that they create some templates for newbies who have difficulty creating websites but I don't think it passed the administrator's test. Well anyways I would suggest you create webpages using Frontpage (basic) and uploading via FTP. But first read up HOWTO's of how to go about doing all this.
